It was a please to meet with Kevin McCloud at the Grand Designs expo in Sydney yesterday.
if only some of his show users used RubySketch I think there would be a lot less issues with budget. :-)

We stumbled across this idea when trying to sort out an alternative solution for our customers. We build extensions, renovations and new homes for customers in the north & and north western regions of Sydney. Due to the rental crisis in Sydney our customers were having trouble finding alternative accommodation. I decided to build them a temporary home that we could put on-site whilst we were building.
We purposely made the container small enough to fit on the block yet big enough to sleep 2 comfortably. At the moment there we are yet to fit a kitchen as a BBQ outside is easily set up and takes a lot less valuable space away.  Our modular home is attracting a lot of attention in NSW and we look forward to your feed back on how you could use one to improve your lifestyle.

two storey extension in Baulkham Hills Shire

Enjoy a quick movie of one of our second storey editions that we did in north western Sydney.
As you will see the house was tired and the clients need more room for there growing family.
Basically we did a full make over on the home from concept, council approval, project management, construction through to hand over . We added an upstair living room, more living area and office space to suit the families growing needs. The extension consists of 3 extra bedrooms, new kitchen, cement rendering, a new office an inviting front entry an much more. The client considered knocking down and rebuilding yet it worked out much more ecconomical for them to renovate. If you are interested in our services please dont hessitate to contact us. We only build a limited amount of houses per year so get in quick.
