As you will see the house was tired and the clients need more room for there growing family.
Basically we did a full make over on the home from concept, council approval, project management, construction through to hand over . We added an upstair living room, more living area and office space to suit the families growing needs. The extension consists of 3 extra bedrooms, new kitchen, cement rendering, a new office an inviting front entry an much more. The client considered knocking down and rebuilding yet it worked out much more ecconomical for them to renovate.
